Ex: Airtel vFiber 24 Mbps and Jiofiber 150 Mbps
I don't know how to go about it, but when you do, just describe their service to be very bad. Over react! And then maybe they'll give you a plan you cannot resist.

i can now apply for a disconnection of my airtel line. any suggestions how to go ahead with it?
It takes 7 workign days to get it disconnected. You will be called by multiple people asking reason for disconnection. Never once hesitate on the disconnection. If you do, they will cancel your disconnection request without intimating you. You have to be firm with everyone that yuo are terminating the connection at any cost, whatever they offer you. Final call will be by a lady, you need to be equally firm with her too
I showed some hesitation because they made a false promise to me that with higher up permission they will ensure I get 4mbps and hence my disconnection took about 20 days instead of the normal 7... i was fooled...

my last disconnection request was processed fine. thought they delayed it enough and it cost me a lot of extra money. i did not get many retention calls as i made it clear i did not want to deal with them.

Did they offer you a better plan than your current one? Was it the 4 mbps one?

it doesn't really matter even if you say u don't wanna deal with Ret. Team. they will still bother u with calls as thats their job specially if its your 1st disconnection request !
