Thanks cool techie tvmThe link is more legible...!!Atlast, The govt company has realised what is "MARKET". Eagerly wating for more update from BSNL which has the potential but lack of motivation to deliver better and quality service.ShreeRaman

This came as a Surprise to me from BSNL when i was on the verge of going for Airtel Broadband [which they would be heading towards 512 kbps minimum speed policy from June]. Luckily, i stayed back on 750UL+ and presently getting speeds upto 60 Kbps on torrents. It appears BSNL is not dumb after-all and is not ignoring competition!

from today morning 10 o clock onwards my speed has come back to 256kbps. i am using HUL 750plus, but i had it converted to HUL 625 from this month, onwards, i doubt my speed has come back to normal because i had downloaded 5gb till now. have been downloading non stop ever from may 31st after noticing a double speed. I doubt its for 750plus people 512kbps permanent and 625 plan gets 512kbps for first 5gb download and thereafter 256kbps. the hint bsnl is giving us is that when they reduced the 750 to 625 they never removed the 750plan, because when i asked the bsnl man why didnt they automatically reduce my bill from 750 to 625 because both plans are the same, they told me you have to fill another form requesting change of plan,.......... they just created new plans 625 and 900 plans extra. before there were only 750 and 1350 which existed. these BSNL should have atleast release a decent notification or update in the net regarding plans.

HUL 750 plan users, wait till you have completed 5gb download and then comment whether you are receiving 512kbps continuous permanent speed or not???

For UL-1350 plan, I have a question. Is it now?

Guaranteed 2 Mbps upto 15 GB, 512 Kbps beyond 15 GB
- or -
Upto 2 Mbps upto 15 GB, 512 Kbps beyond 15 GB

Everyone usually gets around 2 Mbps even if it says upto 2 Mbps. :)
