Technically yes. But that isn't being enforced. I've done max upto 60Gb per month since Feb but the speeds weren't capped after 5gb was consumed. All 1mbps plans at Airtel have a FUP of 100 Gb methinks!

Yes its true speed has doubled, and i am pretty sure there wont be any fair usage policy, atleast for existing customers, for new maybe yes, so guys dont worry enjoy the first step of speed increase
This stuff was updated way before 31st May. They might update it soon with the recent speed upgradation from their side.
Naah. This is the final layout that will be implemented across India in the coming weeks (according to the person who had given me access to the official records).
Please be patient as they roll out the new plans and await for the official confirmation from BSNL; which will be happening either today or in the oncoming days.
