Bsnl Broadband giving 4mbps speed post fup this month as promotional offer

surprisingly got the "Happy Browsing" prompt today (although the FUP limit was crossed ~20 days ago) & speed was restored to pre-FUP ! Automatic process ! Must have been some issue with their servers etc.
