razpor , many users reporting that they are still getting pre-fup speeds while we are not !

you better call up the NIB guys ASAP !
No one i know in j&K is getting pre fup speeds anymore ,maybe bsnl jk guys have screwed up once more.Would try calling NIB today, lets see.

@aatuif I am from Bengaluru. I have the BBG ULD Combo 1091 plan - 8 mbps speed upto 60 GB then speed reduces to 2 mbps.
Few days back the BSNL FUP site was showing the FUP prices but since yesterday its showing the Happy Browsing message.
I haven't contacted BSNL yet.

No pre FUP speeds since October 1 in West Bengal after exhausting data limit. I called up BSNL customer service and they reported the Happy Browsing offer was promotional and only for three months from July to September. Either they are misinformed or the offer now is only for selected customers/ circles.

The fuptopup site http://fuptopup.bsnl.co.in is still showing the offer to me but speed has reduced after exhausting data limit.

Thanks ! Have you tried asking the NIB guys of your state to restore your pre-fup speed ?

This happened in August as well when the speeds were not automatically restored in many circles !!! Users had to call the local NIB guys and it helped ! Try contacting them now !

This is what I did to get the 'Happy Browsing' message.

1. Go to : http://fuptopup.bsnl.co.in/
2. Click on 'FUP History'
3. Click on 'Home'
4. Click on 'Upgrade'
5. Shows the page with the 'Upgrade' options, but automatically then shows the 'Happy Browsing' page

Hope this helps, now getting between 2.9 to 3.2 Mbps on Fast.com
