I think I will not be charged. Like I mentioned, I clicked on 'Upgrade' but did not choose any Topup, and the 'Happy Browsing' page came up. Also just checked as aatuif mentions above, my plan shows 'TOPUP-Unlimited_FUP_Promo' now !
 
please help me , i am getting the happy browsing message but not getting pre-fup speed

i contacted bsnl and those fuckers are saying " jitni speed aa rahi hai usme khush raho , hum kuch nahi kar sakte " and then they hung up on me .

What should i do ? whom should i contact ? BSNL fucking sucks

This happened in August as well when the speeds were not automatically restored in many circles !!! Users had to call the local NIB guys and it helped ! Try contacting them now !
