BSNL Broadband: help with plan change confirmation?

My plan is changed to UL750I am getting the speeds of 85kBps when downloading from link-removed sometimesits varying from 50KBps to 85KBps

Speed you are getting is normal. Expect an average of 55 KBps.

If I am connected for 24 hours will my IP change?will it get disconnect?or if it change will it change while online?

I think after 24 hours IP will change. Not sure though. It depends on the lease time.

i cannot connect to trackers from today onwards before i use to connect to trackers when i had old modemshould i configure in my modem anything to connect to trackers?

You need to forward the ports. Go to portforward.com, select your modem and follow the tutorial. You can also switch to Bridge mode, where all ports are open by default.
