Its working when I use VPN(hotspot shield),without vpn it shows a blank page.

ImageBAM not working on IDEA 3G but working with a proxy.
Other sites like link-removed work without a proxy.

Will make a call tomorrow to the customer care. Please list the sites which are currently being blocked.
Even in all court orders (john doe) , its been particular links and not site wide bans (link-removed for eg)

depostifiles too not opening . They cant block entire site , it should be single links to specific files , like they did in other orders.

From what I understand, this is not an intentional block. Someone is just having fun with DPI system that they are either installing or already have installed.
