probably they were doing some upgrades on their site else you should have got some message like blocked by court order , ISP , BSNL

yeah i think BSNL and DOT has blocked File sharing sites . Too bad , that's not good...
some people like me have to download video tutorials regarding information tehcnology training.... VTC, Pluralsight, CBT nuggets etc...to study and learn more about IT

Yet this block is pretty much useless thing for one can use VPNs and Proxies and lot more ways...like Seedboxes...Server access...etc..etc...
So i think BSNL shud lift the block...as it's useless and silly thing to do..when people who wish to access..can do that by alternate means...
