BSNL Broadband is blocking file sharing and other websites once again

As everybody can see India Government is Interfering in buiness where they do not do anything Good
1.Why is Adfly.ly Blocked
2.Why is Linkbucks.com Blocked
Those both sites shoudnt be Blocked if they should be block it should be done by their hosting provider it should not be our ISP
ISP cannot blamed it is Only The Theefs Minister Running with Power

I think they are blocked globally because i tried opening them through proxy but did'nt worked

there is no such thing as global blocking. use a VPN. it opens properly.

use comodo dragon browser [chrome based]comodo uses it's own dns which filters malicious content.Working fine for me....

Looks like imagebam, imgbox, imgchili etc have been unblocked.Can anybody else confirm?
