I can't open it on mtnl or tata either. Looks like a tata upstream block.

so could be a temporary thing. get a one month subscription to ipredator or any other VPN. there should be free services out there as well.

Thank you for your replies. I have just talked to the internet guy in my exchange as well. As far as he knows, their haven't been any blocks placed either. He is in the field and will check in the exchange once he comes back. I should know more about it by the end of the day.
I will definitely use the VPN you have advised if this persists over the next day or two. Thanks once again.

well as @x720 said... the blocking is happening at the international gateway operated by tata. bsnl probably has no clue whatsoever

dailymotion is down on beam. mega is working fine.

isitdownrightnow website is showing that dailymotion is online. so yeap, maybe its being blocked.
