BSNL Broadband is blocking file sharing and other websites once again

I found that bsnl broadband is blocking sites.. Can somebody confirm?

and how to bypass?
i am not able to bypass using opendns or googledns

Use a VPN or a Proxy service. Would have to remove the links as they are clearly pornographic websites.

Nope. DNS just convert domain names to their IP equivalents.

I cant access imagebam.com on bsnl. Not a dns issue(checked with google dns and bsnl dns). Iam getting a page with html header only. Works fine with a proxy.
Can anybody on bsnl access Imagebam?.

All subdomains work for me.So thumbnail images load with no problems.
