My friend is using bsnl 249 plan.he is getting 2.5mbps speed only from sep 1st.complaint made is twitter but no use and happy browsing also not working.strange!

Most of the plans changed now.plans 249 499 have 1mbps speed only after fup.please check bsnl chennai website.
