My BSL sales dude showed me the letter of Orissa BSNl Zone , which has clearly mentioned that, UL 1350 has no FUP and it will be 2mbps all throughout. He said, its only for Bhubneshwar Zone. Not on other parts of India..I will only come to know, once I reach 15GB..

He said, its only for Bhubneshwar Zone.

Not on other parts of India..

I will only come to know, once I reach 15GB..

Are you sure about that info??
I advise you not to trust these BSNL babus on their word....
If you have any proof please do post them for everyone's benefit.

yeah, he said, its only for this bhubneshwar circle.I have asked him to send me that scanned copy of the zonal head letter. He will send it to me tomorrow morning..

Well if thats the case, then there really is hope that they will slowly remove the FUP for all the other states as well..Let's hope they implement it soon....Thx

But I personally think that, he is trying to fool me..Bcz its impossible for BSNL to give unlimited 2mbps at 1350.If he does that, they all the Home and limited and combo plans will be dead.BSNL wont like that.. So, im not believing him or his letter.Although I have the 1350 UL, im using it very carefully, so that I dont exceed 14.5GB.

For UL1350 atleast they should make it 2mbps till 15GB and later at speed of 1mbps unlimited. Thats really a FAIR Usage policy for all customers :) Otherwise both 750UL and 1350UL will have same 512kbps speed.

Still no upgrade in speeds for me in 1350UL plan, anyways i am not sticking to this, called customer care and moving to ul750 combo from next month onwards.

What speed upgrade you all talking ??Need 4mbps or what ? :DAnd if you are saying about 512kbps after 15 GB, then BSNL is going to stay with that. Dont expect miracles from BSNL..

I never got 2 mbps even once in the entire month, didn't have any downloading this month, Best part is still getting 512kbps speeds which means that the plan has not upgraded to 2mbps.Anyways sticking to 1350UL is of no use so i switched to 750ul plan
