ah well. if bsnl does not deliver good speeds, i always have the option to get it disconnected in a month or two. i would not of course tolerate speeds less than 80% of what is advertised with the plan.
we have alternative to bsnl as wireline is cable broadband in kolkata , in my area. but i noticed next door the 800 kbps cable broadband have better surfing speed even when bsnl deliver 3 mbps.
and their 2 mbps limited plan just rocks. it is wishnet
