BSNL Fiber Broadband new plans starting from 1 April 2024

It seems I will be stuck with 30mbps. According to the plans posted it was mentioned 449 will be applicable to all circle also don’t have to upgrade also no other state shows this specific 449 30 mbps plan strange don’t know what to do. Those who upgraded enjoy your extra bandwidth.

Also 499 plan is missing from West Bengal it was mentioned all circle.

@Spectra You always pay for your peak bandwidth not the average bandwidth.

how quickly you need files from Internet and on Internet is the factor.

suddenly i got speed crazy upto 7-8 MBps , i was afraid if they changed to some expensive plan, so when i checked it was the same fiber basic neo in selfcare tungstaen account - now after seeing the upgraded plan tarrif - good one.

so this fiber baisc neo 449rs wont be changed to fiber basic 499rs plan ? as they said it will change after 6 months automatically. after fiber connected i have paid 6 bills now, april bill not yet recieved ,tomorwo i would get it ,3rd of every month .

@MEGAN you are from which state? Mine didn’t upgrade also in West Bengal they are showing two 449 plan and no 499 plan in circular they mentioned all circle also @koushik are you from Kolkata or outside Kolkata because there is a plan difference. I am still stuck at 30 mbps because in West Bengal circle the ftth portal shows two 449 plans no other circle shows this I think I will not be upgraded to 50mbps I have already shared screenshot in previous post.

Why don't you get your plan changed to the Neo one through BSNL office ?

They can change plans from their end and you'll need to share an OTP with them for the plan change.

It was via OTP 1 or 2 years back in Maharashtra..

@supukabi for westbengal - fiber baisc neo shows 449 /50mbps , 449cs738 -30mbps - you are in this 449 cs738 plan if it dint change .as everyone said you need to change to that basic neo plan .i selected this plan when i opted for fiber ,that time it was said the plan will change automatically to 499 plan after 6 months , it havnt changed yet (no idea whats gona be on that in coming days or months )
about my location- sorry i like to be anonymous , but my plans are changed according to plan tariff page .dont try to change plan online as they will take double amount , i read that in some posts here, give a letter to exchange office at your place .
