@atom4u Just visit your Nearby BSNL Exchange and tell them to convert your connection from Invidiual to Government Connection.
Next bill by BSNL will be given to you with 10 - 20% Discount (depend on your type of connection)

I'm on Silver Plus(2799 plan) and my speeds are still 300mbps and I don't see the new plans on the portal yet as well.

my upload speed is down too , 449 plan , 50-60 download , upload nothing to 10mbps after secs freezing

@MEGAN Did you complaint regarding this? If you get this resolved then please update. I filed complaint over bsnl helpline, a call came from their side telling they can't resolve this issue from their side, I need to go to Exchange office.
I haven't gone there yet. If something helpful happen then please update

How do you get 400 discount ?

I thought its only 10 % discount.

My Dad is retired from IAF and he's 60 years old.

I don't think we can avail two discount. Can we ?

@!!..PD..!! I got Rs. 371 Discount on my Bill. No, Only 1 Discount is used but my Connection is also from like 10 years old (so, idk why but firstly, my discount was Rs. 150 - Rs. 170) and it got upto Rs. 371 in 2023.

So, I'm not sure how much %age discount i get but it is Rs. 371 discount in every bill . (i've just round off it to 400).
