bsnl fup page not loading not able to decline

eriek_halenx -- the link you gave opened but it just showed my usage but as my speed is over for today i mean i downloaded more than 2gb as per my plan.. it should redirect to the page and show me accpet decline.. but instead it says cant be loaded - this is the redirection page- http://172.30.167.25:8090/ssssportal/dailyFupPlanRedirection.do

tried with pale moon.. mozilla firefox , opera. the fup page cant be loaded.

I get that location not found error msg. Best is to use selfcare... I just got my connection so I know how approx I used.. The selfcare is giving it accurate.

i dont want to see usage.. i want to see the page where it shows accept and decline upgrade speed when my speed is capped after i have used up my allowed 8mbps till 2gb data. so now redirection page cant be loaded is the problem as some pages does not load till i decline or accept the upgrade speed.

Specialty of BSNL, some pages work only with IE
no firefox or opera

i tried it on explorer 8 in win 7 .. not able to load is the message i get. any one getting accept decline page these days? should it have win 10 ! to work.

Pale Moon can't establish a connection to the server at 172.30.167.25:8090.
same in firefox.
This site can’t be reached
172.30.167.25 refused to connect. in chrome

When I used BSNL years ago, I faced the same problem many times.
It opened in IE or Opera, never in Firefox.

IE 8 is 10 yrs old, as good as obsolete.

I have read somewhere that BSNL has stopped Top up facility of all unlimited broadband plans.
