Luke cage S2(4k) won't go increase in quality more than 6.58 mbps 1080p, saw 4 episodes and it just fluctuates between 4-6.5mbps never playing in 4k.

I am guessing you are already using google DNS? If not try with that. Did you manage to get your plan changed

Using google DNS but that doesn't matter because speed to netflix servers fluctuates between 5-15mbps, mostly on the lower side. Plan didn't change yet.

First bill was from 15 June(date of installation ) to 31 June of Rs.5600, my plan is Rs.1999
1. Rs.1999 1 month security deposit
2. Modem charge Rs.1050
3. ONT Rs.500 deposit
4. Voice Rs.500 deposit
5. 15th-31th bill of Rs.1500 with GST
6. Another ONT charge of Rs.50

I didn't take a landline but they charged 500 for voice anyway, charged 3 times for ONT(once listed as modem charges, once listed as ONT deposit, additional Rs.50 per month for ONT).

Damn, what the fuck are modem charges ? We know they charge one month advance+plan+500 installation+90rs rental for ont+gst. Today Bsnl Office is closed don't go
