BSNL is inserting ads in websites, sending their users to malware sites through malware code injection

Hi, This i am experiencing on latest few months .
Whenever I click on some sites , the first click goes to the bsnl page, or suspicious page , i do not know.
Previously this problem occurred and after huge protests, it was taken off. Now again come back.
When you click, the address bar would show the site address, but this popup comes, how it is possible to show, a different address bar and popping bsnl advertisement is a cheap trick that bsnl does.
Have anybody noticed this
Or is it not a bsnl alert page altogether.
On second click this goes to the correct web page
please tell the fix
URL bsnl-redirect-again

It is BSNL modifying the http contents. http is completely unencrypted so ISPs do whatever they want with it.

you can see it here:

It tries port 80 http first (green colored part). At number 32, the web server tells browser that the page has moved permanently (ie redirect to https). It then tries connecting to the webserver using tls/https on port 443 (gray and purple colored part).

With BSNL, instead of the actual webserver telling the browser to redirect to https, BSNL does man in the middle and instead returns their ad page.

Why public sector bsnl do these things. Do not they have other ways of advertising their product, instead of inserting ads thro other http portal. There was a lengthy thread in which I also had posted things.
If bsnl is doing like these annoying things everybody would shift to other providers.
I will provide the lenghy topic link if i find it in my postings
By the By, jb, where these logs can be seen. Do you have a separate software to get this information you posted
