they said wait up to this month en there is a new scheme exclusivly for home user,,and IPTV user,,,,, and combo plans,,,,phone,iptv,BB,,,:thumbsup:

the rates and plans seem a bit realistic,and bsnl has got the best plans as compared to other providers as of now.so, it might just happen that bsnl launches these plans...though m not expecting nething from 'mtnl', they don't even have a 256kbps unlimited plan!
