I'd surely migrate to BSNL! Especially the Rs.1100 512Kbit Day and 1Mbit Night Unlimited (Which i suppose is from 0200 - 0800)... I'd migrate to it!

Atleast 600 UL @ 256 kbps can be expected as Airtel started giving 750 UL @ 256 kbps with 50 calls free.
