Also, why do I feel you are getting a fake O5 status on your G7?
Can you try changing the last digit of the GPON SN and see if you still get O5 in G7?

Good suggestion. I changed the last char. But it is not a fake O5. because changing the last character make the status go to O7. When I changed it back it went to O5.

PADI PADO packet error is related to wrong VLAN ID.

SOLVED

Ultimately I could Solve this Error.

First thing threw away the XZ000-G7 out of the window. Total crap ONU.

Got a VSOL V2802RH ONU from Products
First change the GPON serial number to the Syrotech GPON SN.
Configured the VSOL ONU in bridge mode for both the Voice and Internet. Configured TR069 in the VSOL ONU.
Then hooked the 2.5 GB LAN port of VSOL ONU to WAN1 port of TP-Link ER605.
Configured IPTV on the WAN1 to separate the Internet and VoIP VLANs. Took the Voice VLAN on LAN2.

Configured PPPoE on the WAN1 mentioning the Internet VLAN. Also changed the WAN MAC to the Syrotech WAN MAC. Internet got connected,
