BSNL - Port 443 not forwarding

As already requested by other users, I would also like to know if other ports are working fine for port forwarding.
e.g. how about Windows RDP on 3389 TCP port (Make sure service is running on it for it to respond)

Of course this could still be too early to comment. Many ISPs tend to block 80 & 443.

As mentioned I did try the DMZ option but to no avail. It's almost like everything is blocked on their end.
