BSNL Speed increase, will they test the speed

Today morning i was surprised, my download speed will boost upto 2 MBps to 4MBps for some time. For 2 min around 200 MB was downloaded:thumbsup:, will BSNL test to increase the speed?

I got 200 + KBps speed while downloading India - Pakistan semi final highlights. I thought it was because it is downloading cache. Some changes are happening ? Hope there is something.

@meetdilipnormally i got 200+ KBps for my connection, but today it was boost upto 2MBps.

May be it was reading from the browser cache. Hope was high for a moment
