costing when i ordered around six months ago... Rs. 53 per square feet.

he is saying he is the only manufacturer and even reliance barakhamba road has it installed , most max hospitals and metro shahdra and carfour , even berger paints owner house .did u get any other competitor ?

not sure. i think this was the only company around gurgaon that was supplying these tiles. can ask dad if there were more options.

ok before these tiles i need temperature meter for getting temperature near surface or on surface , where to get such a temp meter?

alright. asked dad about tile companies. he said that the one i posted above is the only one he talked to coz he came through a close reference. there might be more players offering such products, he did not look around.

yesterday he quoted 60 rs sq ft price and my area is minimum 2000 sq ft + , man above it there is 30 rs extra for application , its expensive

wait for a few months. i would confirm if i can walk barefoot on it (like he promises) in delhi summers

what i can say by talking to him , that you will be able to walk barefoot , noone is gonna sustain in long run if his claims are not true
