Can I plug in GPON/EPON into an SFP Port on a network switch and get rid of ONT?

@anmolbhard004 did you try admin/admin or root/admin123 for logging in?

We got the issue. He didnt plug in the fiber cable, and Mikrotik needs fiber cable to be plugged for SFP to be detected. I made the configs in his mikrotik, now he can access WEB GUI as well as Telnet/SSH.
 
VLAN is the issue. Have you tagged VLAN 100 in SFP? If it is tagged 100 there, then you dont need to tag any VLAN in the router itself.
If you have VLAN as Transparent in SFP, then you need to tag VLAN 100 in router.
