actually this is really good, [ apart from the fact that people with just no issues also posting] but you can vid the police in action and post it !!! this a hotly debated topic around the world right now , can a civilian video a police in action and post on social networking sites !!! /me waits for the day when a fake encounter is videoed and uploaded on facebook.

but yes.. even i wudnt have remembered abt such thing. because brain mostly thinks based on common sense and common sense tells that women shud also wear helmets.

What I can remember, There was a verdict in Kerala about 1 year back, Women were not allowed to wear saree and sit on the bike as a pillion rider because there saree pallu might get into the bike's wheel. Don't know if that rule still exist.
