Diagnose Mtnl Triband Broadband Problems

I always talk serious things. i am facing this in andheri.... extreme slow right now... dont know if it changes after 6 pm to 1 mbps.

R u on the time based plans......or unlimited plans....?.I'm on xpress plan.....too terrible speed.....I hope it is solved by 6pm.

Had pathetic speeds between 1400 - 1600 hrs today. I am on 650 combo UL plan. And I could not even open the speedtest page. Seems ok now https://www.speedtest.net

Problems started again...speeds not even touching 1mbps in downloads........pathetic service going on....!

I got a new MTNL Broadband connection installed at home. They have given a Wifi router cum modem... problem is connection works fine with LAN but the Wifi connection doesn't appear in my laptop. But I am able to see & connect to the MTNL wifi using my phone & father's laptop... problem is only with my laptop... I can connect to Airtel's wifi and can also see neighbours connections in my laptop but not the new MTNL's...There is a broadcom utility in control panel that manages the wifi connection... I started the "Wireless Zero Conguration" service and used windows to search wifi but still no luck.... any idea what could be the problem ?

i am a mtnl 599 unlimited plan user and getting slow speeds since the last 10 days, the mtnl people don't know the problem and are shifting the blame on each other, don't know what to do.....getting 30-50kBps speeds at the max wen i should be getting 90-100kBps here are my modem details
