I mean CCNA is good and all but networking market nowadays need a lot more than just CCNA, plus CCNA is basic networking course which can be done completely on packet tracer.
If you are looking into SDWAN then for Cisco Viptela, there is a live simulation tool provided free for limited time, same goes for Aruba.
Finally for a good all purpose use GNS3 is recommended, but it comes with a lot of on your setup and you'd need to procure your own OS, eg. IOS for Cisco.
