Welcome. Seems like they are putting ads promoting this offer on multiple social media platforms - Even though I am not sure much content is there which I would watch. But I guess at 300 for 2 years its a decent enough deal to go for it, so I too went for it.

lol just got an ad for it here. it costs 99 bucks per month lol.

I am subscribing to it at 299/year via the Apple store. Rs 99 was an introductory price last year and they told me it would be hiked in '21. But heck compared to Netflix and the likes it's still a deal.
