ps: uptime would of course depend upon how good the network is and how good your local lco is. local guys here are surprisingly responsive. but of course... if some switch or router hangs after 6-7pm... it is very likely that i would have no internet till 9am in the morning. during the day, he is fast to respond.

On torrents as I have mentioned earlier you get 40Mbps with healthy torrent.... on plan 799 20Mbps...

I am using Netflix on Shield FHD.... playing smooth no issues...

today my net was down when I woke up late ..... around 10AM..... I tried to call my LCO but his phone was switched off.... I tried several times till 12.30PM... then I lodged a complaint through their app and was not expecting any response till my LCO picked up...... but surprisingly my net was restored with in 15mins, followed by an SMS from Excitel....

Have filled the form etc. The guy said they are still finalising laying the cables and should be installed within 7 days. He said he has gotten 200 calls in the 3 days. Thats what happens when MTNL is the only ISP in the area.

based on most people's experiences here... you would find the connection unstable for a few days. should be fine after a week or so.

@Sushubh Excitel is LCO or in hands of company directly?

I'm talking about the cable maintenance, routing etc.

Also do they give Ethernet, Cable Coaxle or Airtel Type RJ ?

Local LCO manages the local network. Billing is managed by Excitel. I have an ethernet cable coming to my house from the nearest poll which has their switch.

Okay. So basically service will be bad in terms of cable management and repair.
