@ijsa still I suggest you to call excitel help desk @8010922000 and take the number of the excitel staff deployed in Delhi-110051. I guess some other LCO will take franchise in Krishna Nagar as Janak Broadband is slightly far away from F Block.

I did contact excitel help desk @8010922000.... number of times and on selecting Sales option...... they ask you to record your message but there is no callback....

I also spoke to Verivoz.... and he told me that they don't have coverage in my area..... and if at all they will provide any plan.... it will be at least Rs.10,000.00/ month...... which is beyond my budget, whatever he may offer....

@ijsa sales people do pick up phone sometimes. It's better talk to support people and tell them that Excitel is available in my area, if they can give the number of Excitel staff deployed in Delhi-110051

I have shifted to excitel broadband 3 days ago. I have opted for Reeltime 1149 plan with 10 mbps all time speed and 30 mbps peering speed.
The connection is awesome. No downtime till now and the local cable guy is also very polite and helpful.

wow excitel has Punjabi Bagh also. They're progressing fast to cover up almost all of Delhi.

And thats insane amount of usage for 3days or are u streaming/dling 4k videos?

Actually this is the usage by my younger brother. He downloaded some 3-4 tv series. Also i used to watch youtube videos a lot.
Excitel is very rapidly expanding. One of my friend enquired about the connection in south delhi. Excitel customer care told him that it will be available within 1 month.

Yup they are expanding pretty quickly, they are available in many areas of East Delhi now, whereas previously only one or two areas were covered. I am glad they are into expansion mode finally and increasing customer base.
