Excitel Broadband: Slow Internet Speeds to Many Servers and Locations

@aniladivishnu.2000 These are the basic steps which every sound Excitel Customer does before even contacting to Excitel Support.

What you have suggested won't help me as we have done this already.

Anyways, issue is from the Backend.
 
I looked up a bit further and found what I said earlier to not be true. According to Extreme IX statistics page , traffic levels are lowest at 5AM and begins to climb back up until peak at 1PM and then slowly dips back down after another spike . So , it could be congestion since you start getting better speeds at midnight and thats around when traffic starts to decrease.

Where are you checking that?

They have no idea of anything. That's the reason, Excitel's customer's happy rate is so low (Google Reviews)
 
I am not sure what to do. My speed is so pathetic at this point that I can hardly use the Excitel for the work.

Even hathway is affected. On 50 Mbps connection, my speed is not going beyond 10 Mbps. Seems like routing issue somewhere.
