I think Excitel is hearing him and so being motivated by his words. Overall services have improved with no disconnections. Not sure how long it is going to last.

act ya airtel laga lo dual band router ke saath. that is the only good way to deal with excitel if your work relies on home connectivity.

How much for a decent DUAL WAN router now? I have ACT, Airtel and a local SAI NET BROADBAND as options to choose from.

C6 has openwrt support iirc. not sure if the variants on sale on Amazon/flipkart has that right now. someone here should be able to confirm.

So, I made a mistake returning my C6 router in 2021 for a MERCUSYS AC1200 AC12G Gigabit router which is not even being used as I am using the device given by Excitel.

i mean you would have to use the device provided by excitel. routers do not have a port for fiber. you would need to live with three devices to get dual band connectivity with fiber based providers. two onus from two isps. both of which coming to a dual wan router. ethernet was easy in comparison. one device could have handled the entire system.

ac12g very likely does not support openwrt. 2MB storage space it seems.
