I spoke with the state nodal officer about this issue yesterday and he asked me to wait it till the end of the day as the technical team I was doing some changes and it should be done by tomorrow he said

@Mayank Kumar I restarted my ONT and then it became symmetrical. If that helps at all. Could have been coincidental but its worth a try.
