Extremely slow surfing speed on MTNL Broadband

it is working fine now ... there was some server issue in mumbai.. it happens too frequently.. but MTNL is fine... it's best for unlimited download... rest of the lot are just keeping caps on downloads so i am not going for them ..

It acting up for the last 3 days or so, sometimes it slows down sometimes it gets normal.

I am not even able to view the speedtest.net links people have shared here.
For me, the downloads speeds are normal but the surfing speed is pathetic.
Edit: Okay, So I just switched to Google DNS and everything seems to be back on track. At least twitter and speedtest are working fine now
