Fair Usage Policy on Airtel IPTV Plans #airtelsucks

There is some fooloish mistake there....let them clarify asap....I guess they have not reduced on the FUP but have gone down on the no. of channels....so now u will have to take topups to watch Neo sports and some other channles as they are now clearly mentioning 125 channels instead of the 139 they have...now here comes the channel topups

i am however not sure whats happening with airtel. they recently added two new discovery channels right? turbo and another one.

how are they going to manage existing channels and add new ones and remove old ones? a lot of questions.

Also there is no more free games on demand...there goes 200 bucks if you forget to cancel the games on demand subscriptionTheres also an ETV topup of 10 channels for 20 Rupees and Neo sports for Rs [email protected] was watching all my sports on Airtel as I have not activated the sports packs on TS...Now I think its time to go for Mega Pack There with all the HD and Fox channels coming in there.

just got another call from the airtel presence guy. he has asked till tomorrow morning to answer my queries. i hope his thesis on this subject is worth the wait!

alright. this is sheer madness. the guy just called me up. i assumed that he had answers to my IPTV FUP related queries. but no. he started talking about some billing dispute. something like i had called in with some request about plan change. my plan was not changed. my bill came very high. it was airtel's fault. do i have some proof that i had filed a request for a plan change. stuff like that. apparently he mistook me for some other customer. this was when i stated clearly that i have NO BILLING RELATED issue with airtel. i just wanted to know details on their new IPTV plans. took him a while to realize that. he said he would recheck my request in the system and recheck the mail i had sent him and get back to me in a while.

called up airtel cc and was told in clear words that if i want to migrate to 1299 plan, FUP is 15 GB.
