looks like mobile theme is restricting access. switch to new default theme from the bottom. it seems to have those additional options.

Alerts and conversation tab is live without changing anything so everything's fine now.
In my opinion this blue colour theme is better because it makes the site look more lively.

if you guys notice forum not loading properly (chrome showing not connecting error), do tell.
my internet connectivity has been pretty shit for the last couple of days so hard to tell where the problem lies.

Seems fine here. If you're using an adblock plugin, disable that for IBF and check.

Alert/notification tab is gone in mobile mode.

well yeah. theme update somehow removed it. it is however available from the expandable sidebar.
i would check if a setting exists that would bring it back to the always visible top bar.

btw. if you are ok with the notification button in the sidebar, that would be great because i hate seeing the red box on mobile browser every time i load the forum on it
