after uploading there is an option to add that in your post

Yup. It's just an uploader. It does not add images to posts as attachments. You have to insert bbcode by pressing the button where you want the image to appear.

once we have uploaded the images and inserted them, there is no option to remove the images ( in that upload image box ) that we uploaded before. can you add this function?

It would just reset on page reload. Basically it's just an integrated uploader to imgur. It's not integrated with user accounts or posts or anything. It just generates image links and has option to insert bbcode in post content.

Any plans of migrating to Discourse or similar platforms?.

forum is as good as dead wrt revenue. no plans for migration to fourth platform and go through the whole headache of learning something new. the only major thing that would happen is that it would probably shut down. till then it would just run xenforo unless of course they fuck up things big time leaving me no choice.

yup. it started on ipb. then went to vbulletin. then to ipb and then to xenforo.

there are lot of fancy forum platforms now Vanilla, nodebb, flarum looks modern, very responsive design and no pages just keep scrolling.

Some have monthly really expensive plans and there is no community so you have to pay for custom plugins then maintain them which would work only for big companies.

Being one the oldest member still active I do hope you have alternate source of earnings. Because forums are thing of past now.

Although personally this is the only forum i visit for regular news and occasional chit chat.
