uploading image using the buttons in the editor does not make it part of the post because they are hosted on a third party platform. you have to add it to the post. that's why i have mentioned right there...

upload it
add to post

maybe screen record what's happening at your end. because i cannot see the disappearing of smilies or images at my end.

Images are ok.
Just enter a smilue to your post and wait.It will disappear.
Also now very less smilies.

Hey Sushubh, even for me the smilies went away when I clicked on "post reply" button. I had selected smilies from the edit bar popup list.

After editing the post and again adding the smilies it seems to be OK.
