Hmm
Ebay offers a built-in EMI option during purchases which eases things for the customer... Also it is not mandatory that they should refund the money.. Atleast I've seen cases claiming that they already delivered the product and cheat the customers.. But seems
flipkart has got a decent reputation so I guess refunding might not be an issue.
i cannot really answer that question because i have not tried them personally. but a couple of folks i know have and they have been pretty happy with them.
as for EMI, i believe most
credit card companies would offer to convert large purchases into EMI on their end.
of course, an online store would have to refund back the money, if they fail to deliver the product to your place

27k sounds decent... But the thing is, if you buy from an online store, you might ( or even might not ) face some prob with the phone when travelling out of station and you might not have brought your bill.. But if you buy from stores like Mobile store you can get the bill quoting your phone's IMEI number and date of purchase! This really helped me when I'd to send the phone for some repair!
