Fivenet client getting disconnected

Hi friends,I am a new fivenet user from vashi, navi mumbai. This servie has recently been launched in my city, in spite of hearing a lot bad about it, i still decided to go for it because of DC service that they provide. This DC is good but when i try to download from net the client logs off automatically when 70-80 MBs are downloaded. My fellow city users are also experiencing the same problem. What should we do?
