Hey, someone please tell me that we need just an (adsl modem) or (adsl modem plus router) for mtnl ? I accidently broke my modem's wifi antenna, have to buy a new one, please reply if you know it, they both have a price difference of about 75%

Its not mtnl dependent as to what you shud buy, it is what setup you are having. If you are already using a wifi-router thn you have to buy the same that costs around 2k+, if you have a separate modem and separate wifi router then you can buy just the wifi router which is around 1k and pair it with your existing standalone modem.
Is the modem which you have broken your own or provided by mtnl?

my own, it's (D-Link DSL 2730U N150 ADSL2+ Modem Router) , the shop people said that it's a modem+router combined, normal modem without router but with WiFi were availible about 1k cheaper than this, I got this D-Link modem+router for 1.8k an year ago.
