Get 2mbps Download Speed on MTNL Broadband Freedom 800 Plan

my entire net connection went down today with phone line at 11am. Luckily its back now, 2mbps obviously gon..

auto reset 8.38 am speeds gon :

Strage things are happening with me. If by chance i forget to reset my modem before 11 pm, then no matter how many time I reset it, I dont get the speed.(not even at 1 am)
Secondly, always at 11.30 pm, there is a break in connection for one second and i get dc'ed from WoW, all the lights are stable.

What plan did your bill have? I last changed around 1.5 years ago so they may have changed since.
