Get 2mbps Download Speed on MTNL Broadband Freedom 800 Plan

it seems there is some issue again ... they have made 7 am the reset time instead of 8 am and now i am getting only 1 mbps again ... it's time to call some higher ups again.. i am tired of this whole drama every 15 days

is there a way i can get my adsl line synced to > 2mbps. did any of u have any luck doing that at the prabhadevi exchange? the 6th flr server ppl are oversmart and arrogant there.

Heh. Not on the Prabhadevi exchange, but no luck either. Even dealing with bsnl is easier than this.
