Get 2mbps Download Speed on MTNL Broadband Freedom 800 Plan

Didn't get 2 mbps yesterday . If any one does get it today do post it here .
Ps- In the web self care portal yesterday around 11.30 Pm it did show Current download speed as 2 Mbps

In my case restarting modem always helps in getting high speed in 800 Combo plan.
