This seems to be a great move being Initiated bt Tata, If it goes well, TS will beat rest all in Channel count very soon

May be, because Even TS seems to be frustated with Customer more Channels demand and they are planning to use Back Up Satellites which are strictlt for Disater purposes.

These could be for back up purpose but i think they might use it for adding channels as well...When some disatrous things happen if you could provide atleast 50% of the channel for a week that should be fine....

You could have made a new thread.By refresh u mean recharge? or Update the firmware?

They should add some HD channels if they are using even a small percentage of the satellite's capacity.

BTW a lot of neighbouring country's use our DTH services specially to the west..good for India gives us valuable foriegn resource.The above person is from Bdesh so no probs but i wonder how paki's see our content. Specially films like Border,LOC and other patriotic stuff.....they must have a self blackout on 15th and 26th august.:icon_rofl:
