If it's mostly text... Gif or png should have much smaller size than jpg.

Tiff is another good format to try.

I am more interested in knowing why that file is NOT accepted by Google.

Does it have something in it which google blocks and hence size remains zero?

So try if you have GST certificate.

google does have conversion option for office files. it also tries to convert pdf into readable format. how are you uploading? through the browser? assuming you are on linux, try something like gdrive. if this option is enabled, disable it.

I have already tried enable / disable that feature.

As I said - any other PDF file is uploading successfully.

I tried my friends GST certificate too and even his certificate is not uploading. (uploading but zero bytes)

So there is definitely something broken or hidden in the PDF by GST.

No issues....... easily uploaded to Google drive and also able to view document on Google drive.... even the file size remains same on Google drive...
