GST officers in Mumbai are now sending emails to everyone
(they are all in CC - i.e. email address visible)
They also list GST number and names and address of everyone in the email.
with subject that "Non filing of GSTR3B"
Its easy for them to check if GSTR3B is filed or not but they possibly want to trap whoever replies to their email.
So they send it to everyone and in the end simply write : "Ignore the e-mail if return is already filed"
E-mail address used is of Gmail ([email protected]) but e-mail does not look fake.
They purposely used gmail so later if caught they can deny of sending such email.

I am already facing issue with ITC. Two persons have failed to report the bill issued.
Which means loss of about 7000Rs (when GSTR2 will be implemented)
Repeated reminders to seller has not fetched any response.
